摘要
凝结水系统深度降压运行时,容易导致给水泵密封水压力不足,影响给水泵的正常运行。针对给水泵密封水压不足的问题,通过在凝结水压力母管与节流孔板之间设置有3条调节管路,调节管路的供水端与节流孔板的进口端相连接,经节流孔板和温度调节阀与给水泵组密封系统连接向给水泵组供应密封水,使得在机组负荷和凝结水系统变化时,保持密封水供应压力,连续稳定地供应足够的密封水流量,使得整个给水泵组运行有更好的稳定性和更高的效率。
When the condensate water system is in deep depressurization operation,it is easy to cause insufficient water pressure of the feed water pump seal,which will affect the normal operation of the feed water pump seal,The water supply end of the regulating pipe is connected with the inlet end of the throttle orifice plate,and the sealing water is supplied to the water pump group through the connection between the throttle orifice plate and the temperature regulating valve and the sealing system of the water feed pump group,In this way,when the load of the unit and the condensate system change,the sealing water supply pressure is maintained,and enough sealing water flow is continuously and stably supplied,so that the whole feed water pump group runs with better stability and higher efficiency.
