摘要
增强职业技术教育适应性必须做好需求适应和适应需求的大文章。针对如何提高职业教育适应性的问题,提出职业教育既要适应经济社会发展对高素质技术技能人才的需要,也要适应受教育者就业和个性发展对职业教育供给的需要,还要适应职业教育自身发展对基本规律和时代特征的需要。
To enhance the adaptability of vocational education,focus should be put on satisfactions of vari⁃ous needs.In view of how to improve the adaptability of vocational education,it is put forward that vocation⁃al education should not only meet the needs of economic and social development for high⁃quality technical and skilled talents,the needs of the employment and personality development of the educated for the supply of vocational education,but also meet the needs of the development of vocational education for the basic laws and characteristics of the times.
