摘要
无交叉线岔是高速铁路接触网的关键设备,既要满足动车组正线高速通过的安全要求,也要满足动车组从正线到侧线和从侧线到正线低速通过时的安全要求。本文介绍国内外高铁接触网无交叉线岔的技术特点,分析我国高铁两支接触悬挂组成的无交叉线岔运行中存在的过渡区接触网拉出值偏大的问题,通过设计运营经验总结、检测数据分析,采用等比例显示道岔区接触网布置和计算分析受电弓动态包络线余量的方法,提出2支接触悬挂无交叉线岔设计的优化方案。该优化方案在维持既有无交叉线岔定位支柱位置不变的情况下,通过调整线岔定位点拉出值布置,缩小过渡区拉出值,提高中国高铁接触网无交叉线岔处的安全性能。
Non-crossing crossover,as the key equipment of the catenary of high-speed railway,should not only meet the safety requirements for EMU passing the main line at high speeds,but also should meet the safety requirements for EMU passing from the main line to the side line or from the side line to the main line at low speeds.The technical characteristics of non-crossing crossover at home and abroad were introduced in the paper,where an analysis was made on the problem of the excessively large stagger value in the transition zone of the catenary during the operation of the non-crossing crossover with two contact suspensions.Based on the experience of design and operation,the results of detection data analysis,the method of proportional display of the catenary layout in the turnout area,and the calculation and analysis of the dynamic envelope margin of the pantograph,the optimization plan for the design of non-crossing crossover with two contact suspensions was proposed.Under the condition of maintaining the post position of non-crossing crossover,by adjusting the stagger layout of the turnout positioning point,the stagger value in the transition zone can be reduced,and the safety performance of non-crossing crossover of the catenary of high-speed railway in China can be improved.
