摘要
目的研究妇科肿瘤应用低分子肝素与利伐沙班预防术后深静脉血栓的价值。方法选取2018年11月-2019年10月该院收治的106例妇科肿瘤腹腔镜术治疗患者,依据深静脉血栓预防方案不同分组。应用低分子肝素的纳入对照组,应用利伐沙班的纳入研究组,对比应用两组疗效。结果研究组并发症率为7.55%,与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.912,P>0.05);治疗后,研究组下肢周径为(16.71±1.12)cm,血流速度为(1.93±0.13)m/s,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.826、0.855,P>0.05);研究组血小板为(231.54±35.19)×10^(9)/L,D-二聚体为(371.61±15.54)μg/L,凝血酶原时间为(10.53±2.44)s,与对照组指标对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.386、1.004、0.167,P>0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤应用低分子肝素与利伐沙班预防术后深静脉血栓,均取得了良好收效,且两者预防效果相当。
Objective To study the value of low molecular weight heparin and rivaroxaban in the prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in gynecological tumors.Methods 106 patients with gynecological tumors treated by laparoscopy in the hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected,according to different groups of deep vein thrombosis prevention programs.Low-molecular-weight heparin was included in the control group,and rivaroxaban was included in the study group,and the efficacy of the application of the two groups was compared.Results The complication rate in the study group was 7.55%,which was not statistically different from that in the control group(χ^(2)=0.912,P>0.05).After treatment,the circumference of the lower limbs in the study group was(16.71±1.12)cm,and the blood flow velocity was(1.93±0.13)m/s,compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(t=1.826,0.855,P>0.05);the platelet of the study group was(231.54±35.19)×109/L,D-dimer was(371.61±15.54)μg/L,and the prothrombin time was(10.53±2.44)s.Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(t=0.386,1.004,0.167,P>0.05).Conclusion The use of low molecular weight heparin and rivaroxaban in gynecological tumors to prevent postoperative deep vein thrombosis has achieved good results,and the preventive effects of the two are equivalent.
