摘要
针对当前方法忽略了系统性能有关指标,导致评价指标集的区分度和效度值以及病症识别率较低的问题,提出基于DRGs的疾病信息辅助诊断系统绩效评价方法。引入DRGs概念,构建系统评价指标体系,采用模糊-层次分析法,计算系统绩效评价指标权重,无量钢化处理指标并进行隶属度赋值,得到指标的评价结果集,划分系统绩效等级,部署HIS疾病信息辅助诊断系统网络拓扑结构,实现疾病信息辅助诊断系统绩效评价。实验结果表明,该设计方法的指标区分度和效度值较高,增强了指标集对系统绩效高低的区分能力,能够有效提高病症识别率。
In order to solve the problem that the current method ignores the system performance related indicators,which leads to the low discrimination and validity of the evaluation index set and the low recognition rate of disease,a performance evaluation method of disease information aided diagnosis system based on DRGs is proposed.The concept of DRGs is introduced to construct the system evaluation index system.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the index weight of the system performance evaluation.The indexes are dealt with by dimensionless and assigned membership degree.After the evaluation result set of the indexes is obtained,the system performance level is divided.The network topology of HIS disease information aided diagnosis system is deployed to realize the performance evaluation of the disease information aided diagnosis system.The experiment results show that the index discrimination and validity value of this design method is high,which enhances the ability of index set to distinguish the system performance,and effectively improve the disease recognition rate.
