摘要
空气污染已成为制约我国城市经济和社会进步的巨大障碍。空气质量监测是环境监测的一个重要组成部分,做好空气质量监测是降低空气污染对人们身体健康造成的伤害和改善环境质量的一个重要手段。提出了工业废气排放质量监测系统的设计,采用STC15F2K60S2单片机作为微控制器,利用空气微尘颗粒检测类传感器,对空气质量相关数据进行采集处理;同时,将空气质量数据通过无线通信模块nRF24L01发送给主站,由主站对接收到的空气质量数据实时地进行显示、存储,达到了利用主站对多个监测点的空气质量进行实时监测的目的。工厂工业废气排放质量监测系统的软硬件设计,摆脱了传统空气检测系统的局限性,对改善空气质量有着重要的意义。
Air pollution has become a huge obstacle to the economic and social progress of Chinese cities.Air quality monitoring is an important part of environmental monitoring,and it is an important means to reduce the damage to people’s health by air pollution and to improve environmental quality.Using the STC15F2K60S2 as microcontroller and the micro dust particle detection sensors to sample and process the data relevant to air quality,the design of the industrial exhaust emission quality monitoring system is proposed.The air quality data are sent to the master station through the wireless communication module nRF24L01,and the data are displayed and stored in the master station,so the purpose of real-time monitoring air quality of several observation sites by the master station is achieved.The hardware and software design of the industrial exhaust emission quality monitoring system of the factory gets over the limitations of the traditional air detection system and has great significance to air quality improvement.
