摘要
目的:建立医疗机构药学科普能力评价模型。方法:选用熵权法-群决策特征根法(GEM)确定医疗机构药学科普能力评价指标的客观权重与主观权重,以某三甲医院2020年药学科普工作能力评价为例验,证该方法的可行性及实用性。结果:根据"投入-产出-效果"的评价框架,建立涵盖包括科普人员、基础设施、科普创作和活动组织4个维度、19个指标的医疗机构药学科普能力评价体系。该医疗机构药学科普能力在第二、三、四季度的产出及效果方面取得相对较好成效,第三季度为最高分0.9061,评价结果与实际情况基本相符。结论:本研究建立的药学科普能力评价模型对于开展定量化的医疗机构药学科普能力评价具有较高的参考价值,其评价结果可为优化医疗机构药学科普工作布局、提高科普工作效果提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish an evaluation model of pharmaceutical science popularization capability at medical institutions.METHODS The methods of entropy and group eigen value were employed for determining the objective and subjective weights of evaluation index of pharmaceutical science popularization capability at medical institutions.The feasibility and practicability of this method were verified by taking the pharmaceutical science popularization campaign of a large hospital in 2020 as an example.RESULTS According to the evaluation framework of"input-output-effect",the evaluation index system of pharmaceutical science popularization capability of medical institutions was established.It included 4 dimensions and 19 indicators with science popularization personnel,infrastructure,science popularization creation and activity organization.In the second,third and fourth quarters,the output and effect of pharmaceutical science popularization capability of medical institution achieved relatively decent results.The highest score of 0.9061 was obtained in the third quarter.The evaluation results were basically consistent with actual situation.CONCLUSION The evaluation model of pharmaceutical science popularization capability has a great reference value for the quantitative evaluation of pharmaceutical science popularization capability at medical institutions.And the evaluation results can provide reference for optimizing the layout and improving the effect of pharmaceutical science popularization at medical institutions.
