大型水轮发电机电刷运行温度过高预防及处理 被引量:3

摘要 大型水轮发电机励磁回路中常使用电刷装置传输励磁电流,实现励磁电流从固定部分到转动部分的传递。在长时间、大负荷、高无功的条件下运行,励磁电流普遍在数千安培以上,时常引起电刷装置温度过高,甚至发生打火现象,威胁发电机组和电网的安全运行。对阿海水电站电刷装置运行温度过高故障的原因分析和处理措施进行了详细阐述,通过现场处置有效降低了电刷装置的运行温度,保障了发电机的安全运行,并总结出电刷装置高温故障预防及处理的“十步”法则。 Brush devices are often used in the excitation circuit of large water turbine to transfer the excitation current from the fixed part to the rotating part.Under the conditions of long-term,heavy load and high reactive power,the excitation current is generally over thousands of amperes,which often causes the temperature of brush unit to be too high,and even causes the phenomenon of fire,thus threatening the safe operation of generator sets and power networks.This paper describes in detail the cause analysis and treatment measures for the fault of excessive operating temperature of brush unit in Ahai Power Station.Through on-site disposal,the operating temperature of brush unit is reduced effectively,and the safe operation of generator is guaranteed.The ten-step rule for prevention and treatment of high temperature failure of brush unit is summarized.
