摘要
导叶端面间隙是导叶上端面与顶盖和导叶下端面与底环之间的间隙。水轮机导叶主要用于控制水轮发电机机组的流量,同时起到形成环量的作用,导叶端面间隙在机组运行过程中对机组效率指标和机组可靠性运行起着至关重要的影响。不同类型和水头的机组选用不同的调整方法,不但提高了工作效率,还降低了人工成本,在不断改进和总结原有的施工工艺中增强了员工的组织和创新能力,为机组可靠运行打下坚实基础。
End clearance of guide blade is the clearance between the upper end face of guide blade and the top cover and the lower end face of guide blade and the bottom ring.The guide blades of a hydro-turbine are mainly used to control the flow of the hydro-generator unit and to form a loop at the same time.The gap between the end faces of the guide blades plays a crucial role in the efficiency index and reliability operation of the unit during the operation of the unit.Different adjustment methods are used for different types of units and heads,which not only improves work efficiency,but also reduces labor costs.In the process of continuous improvement and summary of the original construction technology,the organization and innovation ability of employees are enhanced,and a solid foundation for reliable operation of the unit is laid.
