摘要
在国家政策不断推动下,新能源发电装机容量逐年提高,由于新能源发电具有很强的随机性,产生的波动对接入系统会造成一定的冲击。为了减小新能源波动对“风光水储一体化”基地的影响,需要对波动的功率进行平滑处理,提高电能质量。对低通滤波和滑动平均滤波两种滤波策略进行数学建模,使用风电场真实的发电数据进行仿真,研究不同滤波策略对新能源波动的平滑效果以及不同滤波效果下对应的储能系统性能要求。
With the continuous promotion of national policies,the installed capacity of new energy has been increasing year by year.Because of the randomness of new energy generation,the fluctuation will have a certain impact on access system.In order to reduce the impact of new energy fluctuations on the wind,light,water and storage integration base,the fluctuation power needs to be smoothed to improve the power quality.In this paper,two filtering strategies,low-pass filter and sliding average filter,are mathematically modeled.The actual power generation data of wind farm are used to simulate,and the smoothing effect of different filtering strategies on new energy fluctuations and the corresponding performance requirements of storage systems under different filtering effects are studied.
