摘要
探讨“双一流”建设高校自然科学学报是否一定要转为专业刊的问题,为高校学报的改革提供一个新思路。通过分析“双一流”建设高校自然科学学报“全、小、散、弱”的现状,运用逆向思维,去发现其所谓“短板”中的有利因素,从战略角度给出“双一流”建设高校自然科学学报的发展路径。在充分利用其现有资源的前提下,提出了认识和把握战略机遇期、建设学报品牌、整合校内学术资源、设置新兴交叉学科专栏、服务校企产学研合作、推动开放获取等办刊思路。鉴于“双一流”建设高校自然科学学报转为专业刊并非是解决其发展问题的灵丹妙药,可以尝试依托自身的优势资源,探索一条与该校优势学科和交叉学科共同发展的道路。
In order to provide a new idea for the reform of university journals,this paper discusses whether the scientific journals of“double first-class”construction universities must be transformed into professional journals.By analyzing the present situation of“whole,small,scattered and weak”of university scientific journals under the background of“double firstclass”construction,using reverse thinking,the favorable factors in the so-called“short board”are found,and the development path of the scientific journals of“double first-class”construction universities is given from a strategic perspective.Under the premise of making full use of its existing resources,the paper puts forward some ideas for running journals,such as understanding and grasping the strategic opportunity period,building the brand of journals,integrating academic resources in universities,setting up new interdisciplinary columns,serving industry-university-research cooperation,and promoting open access.Transforming into professional journals is not an elixir to solve their development problems for the scientific journals of“double first-class”construction universities.University scientific journals can try to rely on their own advantageous resources to explore a common development path with the advantage disciplines and interdisciplinary of their universities.
