摘要
现阶段我国文化产业发展急需大量综合素质高的应用型人才。在此背景下,地方高校的文化产业管理专业应当转变思路,积极探索校企联合培养人才,全面深化实践教学改革。在分析当前文化产业管理专业实践教学现状与困境的基础上,探析基于校企合作的文化产业管理专业实践教学优化策略,以期更好地为用人单位输送综合素质高、实践能力强的应用型人才。
At this stage,the development of my country's cultural industry urgently needs a large number of high-quality applied talents.In this context,the cultural industry management major of local universities should change their thinking,actively explore the joint training of talents between schools and enterprises,and comprehensively deepen the reform of practical teaching.On the basis of analyzing the current status and difficulties of the practical teaching of cultural industry management major,construct a practical teaching system of cultural industry management major based on school-enterprise cooperation in order to improve the quality of application-oriented talent training.
