The influence of nursing mode of doctor-nurse collaborative responsibility system combined with process intervention on the cooperation degree of patients underwent painless digestive endoscopy

摘要目的观察医护合作型责任制流程化干预对无痛消化内镜受检者配合度的影响。方法选择2017年3月—2020年6月在本院行无痛消化内镜检查的患者136例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(常规护理)和干预组(医护合作型责任制联合流程化干预)两组,每组各68例。通过本院自制的依从性问卷调查表评估两组患者的依从性,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估两组患者的焦虑情况,比较两组患者不良反应率和护理满意情况。结果干预组的依从性分数高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组术前、术中收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理后SAS得分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组满意度总分为(94.26±3.98)分,明显高于对照组的(84.96±6.77)分(P<0.05)。结论医护合作型责任制流程化干预对无痛消化内镜受检者的配合度有良好的影响,能缓解患者紧张焦虑的心理状态,提高患者的依从性。 Objective To observe the effect of process intervention of doctor-nurse cooperative responsibility system on the degree of cooperation in patients underwent painless digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 136 patients who underwent painless digestive endoscopy in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups:control group(routine care)and intervention group(doctor-nurse collaborative responsibility system combined with process intervention),with 68 cases in each group.The compliance of patients in the two groups was evaluated by the compliance questionnaire made by our hospital,and the anxiety of patients in the two groups was evaluated by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and the adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The compliance score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative and intraoperative systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of SAS in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of satisfaction in the intervention group was(94.26±3.98)scores,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.96±6.77)(P<0.05).Conclusions The process intervention of doctor-nurse cooperative responsibility system has a good influence on the cooperation degree of patients with painless digestive endoscopy,it could relieve the psychological state of patients'tension and anxiety,and improve their compliance.
