摘要
为了提高煤炭回采率,延长矿井服务年限,杨村煤矿334综采工作面采用留窄煤柱沿空留巷技术掘进334轨道顺槽。采用理论计算、数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,确定了护巷窄煤柱合理宽度为8 m,提出了“锚、网、索、带”联合支护方案。现场实测结果表明:留设8 m宽的护巷窄煤柱并支护后,334轨道顺槽沿空掘进30 d时,巷道两帮移近量和顶底板移近量分别为105.32 mm和97.17 mm。
In order to improve the coal recovery rate and prolong the service life of the mine,the 334 fully mechanized mining face of Yangcun Coal Mine adopts the technology of retaining narrow coal pillar and roadway along the goaf to excavate the 334 track chute.By means of theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field measurement,the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar in roadway protection is determined to be 8 m,and the combined support scheme of"anchor,mesh,cable,belt"is put forward.The field measurement results show that when the narrow coal pillar with a width of 8 m is reserved and supported,and the 334 track is excavated along the gob for 30 days,the two sides of the roadway and the roof and floor are 105.32 mm and 97.17 mm respectively.
