摘要
基于EPC模式和核心竞争力理论,系统分析EPC工程总承包企业核心竞争力的影响因素,全面梳理因素间的关系并创建EPC工程总承包企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,借助AHP法确定评价指标的权重,并应用模糊综合评价法对企业核心竞争力进行综合评价。
Based on the EPC model and the core competitiveness theory,the influencing factors of the core competitiveness for the EPC engineering general contracting enterprises are systematically analyzed in this paper.The relationship of the factors is comprehensively examined,and the evaluation index system of the core competency for the EPC engineering general contracting enterprises is established as well.AHP method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the enterprises core competitiveness comprehensively.
