摘要 综合管廊运维涉及专业较多,运维信息量浩大且数据格式繁杂,传统的管理方法已经难以满足运维部门的需求。新形势下,通过BIM技术实现综合管廊运维信息化管理成为一种趋势。本文立足厦门市综合管廊运维管理现状,分析基于BIM综合管廊运维信息需求,研究运维信息在全生命周期各阶段中的收集与传递过程。以厦门市综合管廊管理平台为例,验证BIM模型信息在综合管廊运维管理中的应用。 The operation and maintenance of utility tunnel involves many specialties,the amount of operation and maintenance information is huge,and the data formats are complex. The traditional management method has become difficult to meet the needs of the operation and maintenance department. Under the new situation,it has become a trend to realize the operation and maintenance information management of utility tunnel base on BIM. This paper defines the information requirements of BIM in the operation and maintenance management of the utility tunnel,and analyzes the collection and transmission process of operation and maintenance information in all stages of the whole life cycle. Taking Xiamen utility tunnel management platform as an example,the application of model information in operation and maintenance management of the utility tunnel is verified.
