摘要
公园城市理念追求市民、公园与城市的和谐发展,是我国城市生态文明建设最新发展理念的体现。湛江正以生态型海湾城市作为发展目标,积极创建国家生态园林城市,以公园城市理念为指导推进湛江城市建设。本文从公园城市的研究出发,结合湛江城市建设的现状及存在问题,提出湛江发展公园城市的建议:一是建立完善的公园绿地体系,包括大力构建分级公园绿地体系,以及推进城市绿道建设和绿化带建设;二是强化城市规划建设管理,包括做好以公园城市理念为指导的城市规划,完善相关法规制度,并加强公众参与。希望为其他城市提供借鉴实例。
The concept of park city pursues the harmonious development of citizens,parks and cities,and is the embodiment of the latest development concept of urban ecological civilization construction in China.Zhanjiang is taking the ecological gulf city as its development goal and actively creating a national ecological garden city.It is of great significance to promote the city construction of Zhanjiang under the guidance of the park city concept.Based on the research on park city,combined with the status quo and existing problems in the urban construction of Zhanjiang,this paper puts forward suggestions for Zhanjiang to develop park city.Firstly,establish a perfect green space system,including vigorously constructing a hierarchical park green space system and promoting urban greenway construction and green belt construction.Secondly,strengthen urban planning and construction management,including improving the urban planning guided by the concept of park city,improving relevant laws and regulations and strengthening public participation.It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for other cities.
