摘要
随着城市快速扩张蔓延,如何保护城市中的生物多样性,成为当前亟须探索的一个重要命题。新加坡的城市生物多样性保护工作成效卓越,在世界范围内得到了广泛认可。本文系统梳理了新加坡在城市生物多样性保护方面开展的五项工作,包括资源调查监测、创立评价指数、规划建设手段、开发项目环评、公共参与。并通过与我国城市多样性保护工作的对比分析,针对我国生物多样性保护现状的特征与问题,从现状基础调查、评估体系建立、城市规划建设等方面提出建议。
With the rapid expansion of cities,how to protect the biodiversity in the city has become an important proposition that needs to be explored urgently.Singapore's urban biodiversity conservation work has achieved outstanding results and has been widely recognized worldwide.This paper systematically sorts out five work carried out by Singapore in the protection of urban biodiversity,including resource survey and monitoring,creation of evaluation indexes,planning and construction methods,environmental impact assessment of development projects,and public participation.And through a comparative analysis with our country’s urban diversity protection work,in view of the characteristics and problems of our country’s biodiversity conservation status,suggestions are made from the basic investigation of the status quo,the establishment of an evaluation system,urban planning and construction.
