超高层建筑避难层设计——以合肥滨湖CBD项目为例

摘要 随着社会经济水平快速发展及建筑技术进步,全球的超高层建筑数量逐日递增,建筑高度更是不断被刷新。由于超高层建筑特殊的高度和构造特点,一旦发生火灾将面临人员疏散困难、救援难度大等一系列问题。避难层作为超高层建筑特有的消防功能区,其设计尤为重要,但在实践设计中仍需要解决规范条文之外的诸多设计问题。以实际项目合肥滨湖CBD塔楼为例,通过对避难层的数量、位置、剖面等方面的设置进行剖析,对超高层建筑避难层设计进行综合探讨。 With the rapid improvement of social economic level and the progress of construction technology,the number of super high-rise buildings in the world is increasing day by day,and the building height is constantly updated.Due to the special height and structural characteristics of super high-rise buildings,once there is a fire,it will face a series of problems,such as the difficulty of evacuation,rescue and so on.As a special fire functional area of super high-rise buildings,the design of refuge floor is particularly important,but many technical problems outside the standard provisions still need to be solved in the practical designs.Taking Binhu CBD tower project in Hefei as an example,the paper makes a comprehensive discussion on the design of the refuge layer of super high-rise buildings through the analysis of the number,location,section and other aspects of the refuge layer.
