宁东矿区坚硬煤岩体工作面综合卸压技术回顾 被引量:8

摘要 宁东矿区坚硬煤岩性质顶板造成工作面基本顶悬空面积增大、支架不接顶倾倒、煤壁受压片帮、巷道收缩变形等一系列动力灾害;综合回顾了宁东矿区坚硬煤岩体顶板综合卸压技术发展现状,以金家渠煤矿综采工作面初采期间强制爆破坚硬顶板、羊场湾煤矿采用煤帮大直径钻孔+煤帮爆破钻孔卸压和顶板深孔预裂、金凤煤矿在运输巷采空区侧采用爆破技术进行定向预裂预留巷道、梅花井煤矿对其回风及运输巷采取水压预裂的方式提前切裂超前段顶板为研究对象,探讨爆破及水力压裂两种方式下的围岩弱化、应力转移、诱导矿压破煤的机理及现场试验过程,分析致裂后的岩层结构形态、矿压分布特点,进而探索出一套适合宁东矿区坚硬煤岩体的卸压技术及施工工艺。 The hard coal rock roof in Ningdong mining area caused a series of dynamic disasters,such as basic roof hanging area increase,support collapse without roof connection,coal wall caving and roadway shrinkage deformation,the development status of comprehensive pressure relief technology for hard coal rock roof in Ningdong mining area were comprehensively reviewed.Jinjiaqu Coal Mine adopted the forced blasting technology for hard roof during the initial mining period of fully mechanized working face,Yangchangwan Coal Mine adopted large diameter borehole and blasting borehole for pressure relief in coal wall and deep hole presplitting in roof,Jinfeng Coal Mine adopted blasting technology for directional presplitting reservation roadway at the gob side of transportation roadway,and Meihuajing Coal Mine adopted hydraulic presplitting method for its return air entry and transportation roadway to cut the overlying roof in advance,on the basis of these practices,the mechanism and field test process of surrounding rock weakening,stress transfer,induced rock pressure and coal breaking under the two modes of blasting and hydraulic fracturing were discussed,and the rock structure and mine pressure distribution characteristics after fracturing were analyzed,and then a set of pressure relief technology and construction technology suitable for hard coal and rock mass in Ningdong mining area was explored.
