摘要
针对目前装备体系能力论证不统一、能力评估置信度低等问题,提出了一种基于效果的装备体系能力评估方法。基于典型作战场景和使命任务,梳理了任务剖面和活动流程,论证形成了装备体系能力开发架构和能力指标体系。通过仿真/试验数据拟合出能力节点权值,降低了人为主观因素的影响程度,提升了体系能力评估的置信度。
Aimed at the problems of the inconsistency of capability demonstration and the low confidence of capability evaluation,an effect-based capability evaluation method of equipment system is proposed.Based on the typical combat scenarios and the missions,the mission profile and the activity process are summarized,and the capability development framework and capability index system of equipment system are demonstrated and formed.The weight of capability node is fitted by the simulation/test data,thus can reduce the influence of subjective factors and improve the confidence of system capability evaluation.
