摘要
在天然气净化厂硫磺筛复合防爆型振动电机设计中,对设计的关键点和问题进行阐述,着重介绍振动电机在自身较大偏心轮作用下轴承装置、结构件及轴材质,防爆间隙的选择与设计。
The key points and problems in the design of compound explosion proof vibration motor for sulfur screen in natural gas purification plant are elaborated.The selection and design of bearing device,structural parts,shaft material and explosion proof clearance of vibration motor under the action of its own large eccentric wheel are emphatically introduced.
