摘要
目的:评价美托洛尔+胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律失常的效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年7月收治冠心病心律失常患者100例,抽签法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组在胺碘酮基础上联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组QT期间离散度及心率水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ST段压低总持续时间、心肌缺血总负荷及ST段压低次数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予冠心病心律失常患者美托洛尔+胺碘酮治疗疗效显著,安全性较高,且可有效改善QT期间离散度和心电图指标水平,减缓心率水平。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods:From February 2019 to July 2020,100 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with amiodarone.Observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In Observation group,QT dispersion and heart rate were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In Observation group,the total duration of ST segment depression,the total myocardial ischemic load and the times of ST segment depression were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical significance of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia is significant,the security is high,it can effectively improve QT dispersion and ECG index level,and slow down heart rate level.
