摘要
为了研究新型消焰剂六硝基合钴酸钾(GK)对球扁发射药的性能影响,以某枪弹为试验平台,对新型消焰剂GK与发射药其他组分的相容性进行测试,并采用“内添加”工艺制备了含新型消焰剂GK的5.8 mm枪弹发射药样品。以高速摄影法及烟箱法对试制发射药进行了枪口烟焰测试,并对该球扁发射药的燃烧性能、感度及吸湿性进行研究。结果表明,新型消焰剂GK与发射药其他组分相容;当发射药中GK含量为(0.015%~0.03%)时,与未添加消焰剂发射药相比,枪口烟雾透过率相当,枪口火焰面积降低30%以上。
In order to study the effect of a new flame reducing propellant,the properties of potassium hexanitrocobaltate(GK)was studied on the spherical propellant,and the compatibility of GK with other components of gun propellant was tested on 5.8 mm gun as the test platform,and the sample containing GK was prepared by the internal additive process.The muzzle flame was tested by using high-speed photography and smoke box method.Meanwhile,the combustion performance,sensitivity and hygroscopicity of the spherical propellant were studied and analyzed.The results show that GK is compatible with other components in the spherical propellant.When the GK content is 0.015%to 0.03%,the muzzle flame area is reduced by more than 30%with a similar muzzle smoke transmittance compared to the propellant without flame retardant.
