产能高于临界携液产量水平井生产不稳定机理研究 被引量:1

Study on Mechanism of Production Instability in Horizontal Wells with Productivity Higher Than Critical Liquid Carrying Capacity

摘要 长北区块气田生产中发现部分水平井在产能高于临界携液产量时,因管网压力波动时常出现生产不稳定、产量急剧下降的现象。长北区块通过室内实验确定水平井临界携液产量公式,修正后Belfroid模型比较符合长北水平井的积液特征,水平井在倾斜段井斜角55°时所需携液产量最高。研究表明,这类水平井生产不稳定与近井筒地带地层压力低、水平段起伏不平、目前产量低3个因素有关,针对3个影响因素提出关井恢复地层能量和移动计量撬放空排液两种恢复产量的技术对策,在现场应用中取得良好效果,并明确两个对策的不同应用环境。 During the production of Changbei block gas field,it is found that when the productivity of some horizontal wells is higher than the critical liquid carrying capacity,the production is often unstable due to the fluctuation of pipe network pressure,and the production drops sharply.The formula of critical fluid carrying capacity of horizontal wells in Changbei block is determined by laboratory experiments.The modified Belfroid model is more consistent with the characteristics of fluid carrying capacity of Changbei horizontal wells.The maximum fluid carrying capacity is required when the inclination angle of horizontal wells is 55°.The research shows that the unstable production of this kind of horizontal wells is related to three factors:low formation pressure near wellbore,undulating horizontal section and current low production.According to the three influencing factors,the paper puts forward two kinds of technical countermeasures to restore production,i.e.shut in to restore formation energy and vent and discharge liquid by mobile metering skid.Good results have been achieved in the field application,and the different application environments of the two countermeasures are clarified.
