摘要
目的通过评估桂中地区城乡医疗机构医护人员心肺复苏能力,便于开展针对性专门培训,提高各级医护人员的急救能力。方法对柳州、来宾地区的市、县、乡三级医疗机构140个医护团队420名医护人员进行单人心肺复苏操作能力、气管插管能力、团队心肺复苏综合摸底考核,检测医护人员的急救能力。结果桂中地区的市、县、乡各级医疗机构医护人员的心肺复苏能力普遍未达标,从事急诊院前急救工作的医护人员普遍较其他专业医护人员能力强(P<0.05)。结论各级医疗机构医护人员的心肺复苏能力相对较差,应进一步加强心肺复苏能力培训,提高心肺复苏抢救成功率。
Objective To evaluate the CPR ability of medical staff in urban and rural medical institutions in central Guangxi,so as to carry out special training and improve the first-aid ability of medical staff at all levels.Methods A total of 420 medical staff from 140 medical teams in liuzhou,Laibing and laibing districts were assessed for single CPR operation ability,tracheal intubation ability and group CPR.Results The CPR ability of the medical staff at all levels of city,county and township in central Guangxi was generally not up to the standard,and the ability of the medical staff engaged in pre-hospital emergency care was generally stronger than that of other professional medical staff(P<0.05).Conclusion The CPR ability of medical staff at all levels of medical institutions is relatively poor,CPR ability training should be further strengthened to improve the success rate of CPR.
