摘要
为解决传统高层建筑基础施工中地基处理出现偏差,导致基础施工质量低等问题。可通过调整施工允许偏差、土方开挖达到桩基施工平台要求,完成高层建筑基础施工。并在此基础上,设计地基处理技术,通过计算地基挖掘深度,CFG桩复合地基施工,控制地基固结变形,实现地基处理。设计实例分析结果表明,设计技术地基沉降量明显低于对照组,提高了高层建筑基础施工质量。
In order to solve the problems of deviations in foundation treatment in foundation construction of traditional high-rise buildings,the quality of foundation construction is low.By adjusting allowable deviation of construction and excavating the earth,the foundation construction of high-rise buildings is completed according to requirements of the pile foundation construction platform.And on this basis,the foundation treatment technology is designed,by calculating the foundation excavation depth,CFG pile composite foundation construction is carried out,consolidation deformation of the foundation is controlled,and the foundation treatment is realized.The design case analysis showed that foundation settlement of the design technology was significantly lower than that of the control group,which improved construction quality of high-rise building foundation.
