摘要
课程思政是实现立德树人的重要举措。开展“管理学概论”课程思政教学,教师需要精心做好课程思政教学设计,根据各章节提炼德育元素,将它们融入教学内容和讲授过程。同时,教师开展教学方法改革,采用多种教学方法,结合中国优秀管理思想和当代经典管理案例,在专业知识培育过程中实现对学生的价值观引领和优秀品格塑造。
Ideological and political education is an important measure to achieve the goal of moral education.It is required to elaborately make a good teaching design for the ideological and political education of Principles of Management Course,propose the elements of moral education in every chapter of the textbook and integrate them into every lecture.In the meantime,it is also required to conduct a teaching mode reform and apply different kinds of teaching methods to realize the goal of guiding students'values and developing their excellent character in the process of cultivating professional knowledge with Chinese excellent management thoughts and contemporary classic manageme nt cases.
