摘要
目的:应用2013年度中国综合社会调查(CGSS2013)数据分析中老年人群对慢性病管理的满意度及其影响因素。方法:利用Stata15对中老年人群对慢性病管理的满意度进行描述性分析,采用定序逻辑斯蒂回归(Ologit)分析影响中老年人对慢性病管理满意度的因素。结果:中老年人群对医疗资源分配的充足性、均衡性、市场化、方便性等方面的感知,对自我健康的评估,以及是否购买商业医疗保险这三个方面对其在慢性病管理的满意度有显著影响。结论:需要建立针对慢性病患者家庭的社会支持和公共服务机制,提高医疗资源分配的公正性,提高慢性病患者对医疗资源分配的认知。
Objective:Cgss2013 survey data were used to analyze the satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly people with chronic disease management and its influencing factors.Methods:Stata15 was used to describe the satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly people with chronic disease management,and the factors influencing the satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly people with chronic disease management were analyzed by ordered logistic regression(Ologit).Results:The elderly people’s perception of the adequacy,balance,marketization and convenience of medical resource allocation,their self-health assessment and whether to buy commercial medical insurance had significant effects on their satisfaction with chronic disease management.Conclusion:It is necessary to establish social support and public service mechanism for the families of chronic diseases,improve the fairness of medical resources distribution and improve the cognition of chronic patients on the distribution of medical resources.
