摘要
目的建立同时测定沉香化滞丸中10种成分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为30℃。结果云香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚质量浓度分别在20.63~206.30μg/mL,15.43~154.28μg/mL,20.06~200.58μg/mL,2.40~24.00μg/mL,1.60~16.00μg/mL,3.36~33.60μg/mL,6.94~69.44μg/mL,10.78~107.82μg/mL,9.86~98.64μg/mL,3.47~34.66μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r均大于0.999);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均小于3.0%(n=6),平均加样回收率分别为100.49%,98.83%,99.77%,99.46%,98.06%,98.28%,101.28%,99.36%,98.61%,100.08%,RSD分别为1.26%,1.91%,1.40%,1.90%,1.19%,1.49%,1.47%,2.22%,1.62%,1.70%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快捷,结果准确,可用于同时测定沉香化滞丸中10种成分的含量。
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of 10 components in Chenxiang Huazhi Pills.Methods The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS2 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile(gradient elution),the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear ranges of narirutin,naringin,neohesperidin,aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,honokiol,magnolol,chrysophanol and physcion were 20.63-206.30μg/m L,15.43-154.28μg/m L,20.06-200.58μg/m L,2.40-24.00μg/m L,1.60-16.00μg/m L,3.36-33.60μg/m L,6.94-69.44μg/m L,10.78-107.82μg/m L,9.86-98.64μg/m L,3.47-34.66μg/m L(r>0.999).The RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests were less than 3.0%(n=6),and the average recoveries of narirutin,naringin,neohesperidin,aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,honokiol,magnolol,chrysophanol and physcion were 100.49%,98.83%,99.77%,99.46%,98.06%,98.28%,101.28%,99.36%,98.61%and 100.08%with RSDs of1.26%,1.91%,1.40%,1.90%,1.19%,1.49%,1.47%,2.22%,1.62%and 1.70%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the simultaneous determination of 10 components in Chenxiang Huazhi Pills.
