摘要
目的探讨核心技能培训在血液科护理管理中应用价值。方法以2019年10月—2020年10月期间在该院血液科任职40名护理人员作为研究对象,选取随机数表法分为研究组、对照组,两组护理人员各20名,将对照组护理人员实施常规培训,将研究组护理人员实施核心技能培训,对比两组护理人员培训效果。结果研究组护理人员理论知识考核成绩(94.16±2.84)分、临床技能操作考核成绩(93.58±2.62)分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员专业知识(93.25±2.83)分、关系处理(94.28±2.41)分、抢救技术(93.71±2.52)评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医护人员基础护理(23.78±1.26)分、护理流程(24.49±1.73)分、专科护理(23.59±1.41)分、护理制度(24.42±1.08)分评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员协调能力(18.05±1.12)分、分析能力(18.68±1.25)分、应变能力(18.21±1.37)分、处理能力(18.62±1.15)分、沟通能力(18.73±1.56)分评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员培训满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员认知程度、求知欲、分析能力、寻求真相能力评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液科护理管理中,实施核心技能培训,对培养护理人员专业水平、综合素质发挥积极作用。
Objective To explore the application value of core skill training in the nursing management of hematology department.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,40 nurses who worked in the department of hematology in the hospital were used as the research objects.40 nurses were divided into groups.The grouping method was random number table method.The patients were divided into a study group and a control group,each with 20 cases of nursing staff.The nursing staff in the control group were given routine training,and the nursing staff in the research group was trained in core skills,and the training effects of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The study group had higher scores in the assessment of theoretical knowledge(94.16±2.84)points and clinical skills(93.58±2.62)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurses in the study group had higher scores on professional knowledge(93.25±2.83)points,relationship processing(94.28±2.41)points,rescue technique(93.71±2.52)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical staff of the study group scored better in basic nursing(23.78±1.26)points,nursing process(24.49±1.73)points,specialized nursing(23.59±1.41)points,and nursing system(24.42±1.08)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurses in the study group had higher coordination ability(18.05±1.12)points,analytical ability(18.68±1.25)points,adaptability(18.21±1.37)points,processing ability(18.62±1.15)points,communication ability(18.73±1.56)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of nurses in the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group nurses had higher scores of cognition,curiosity,analytical ability,and truth-seeking ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of hematology department,the implementation of core skill training plays a positive role in cultivating the professional level and comprehensive quality of nursing staff.
