摘要
使用手持拉曼光谱对于化妆品内容物在830 nm处进行扫描识别,利用化学计量学手段,通过聚类分析鉴别化妆品不同版本,基于一致性检验法建立相关仿冒高风险化妆品模型和数据库。结果表明,手持拉曼光谱对于不同基质化妆品内容物响应良好,聚类分析能够有效识别不同版本化妆品,一致性检验法建立模型阴性、阳性汇报率良好,能够有效识别真伪品,40批实际样品检测,伪品检出率5%。手持拉曼光谱仪可以快捷高效鉴别化妆品真伪品,所建模型和数据库为一线执法初筛将带来可靠帮助。
Handheld Raman spectroscopy was used to scan and identify cosmetics at 830 nm.Chemometrics was used to identify different versions of cosmetics through cluster analysis.Based on the consistency test method,models and databases of relevant counterfeit high-risk cosmetics were established.The results showed that,handheld Raman spectroscopy could respond well to the contents of different cosmetics.Cluster analysis could effectively identify different versions of cosmetics.The model based on the consistency test method showed a good negative and positive report rate,which could effectively identify authenticity(Forty batches of actual samples were tested and the detection rate of counterfeit products was 5%).The results showed that the handheld Raman spectrometer could quickly and efficiently identify the authenticity of cosmetics,and the built model and database would provide reliable help for screening by the first-line law enforcement.
