随迁子女教育均等化的教育教学策略探讨--以珠三角地区推进流动人口参与社会治理为例

摘要 广东流动人口规模位居全国首位,且高度集聚珠三角地区,人口流入“家庭化迁移”趋势明显。随迁子女就近就地入学,是流动人口家庭关注的核心利益问题,也是广东推进流动人口公共服务均等化可突破的重点。通过落实随迁子女享受均等化教育,可有效促进流动人口参与社会治理,积聚“人才红利”,服务广东经济社会高质量发展。人力资源是学校发展的决定因素,政府通过引导教师在不同学校、地区之间合理、有序的流动,加强教学经验交流,促进区际、校际教育协同发展,实现“人人上好学”。 The scale of floating population in Guangdong ranks the first in China,highly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region,and the trend of“family-oriented migration”of population inflow is obvious.It is the core interest of migrant families to have their children go to school nearby,and it is also the key point to promote the equalization of public services for migrant population in Guangdong.The implementation of equal education for children of migrant workers can effectively promote the participation of floating population in social governance,accumulate“talent dividend”and serve the high-quality economic and social development of Guangdong.Human resource is the decisive factor in the development of schools.By guiding the rational and orderly flow of teachers between different schools and regions,the government strengthens the exchange of teaching experience,promotes the coordinated development of inter-district and inter-school education,and realizes“everyone learns well”.
