摘要
航空发动机的核心机工作条件极度恶劣,尤其高压涡轮转子的部件烧蚀严重,为提高航空发动机的推重比、效率和可靠性,急需进行耐高温材料的研究和发展,如高温合金、钛合金材料、陶瓷基复合材料(CMC)等。本文详述了常见的耐高温材料的性能以及在航空发动机上的应用现状,对今后耐高温材料在航空发动机上的应用发展前景进行了展望。
The working conditions of the core engine of aero-engines are extremely bad,especially the parts of high-pressure turbine rotors are severely ablated.In order to improve the thrust-to-weight ratio,efficiency and reliability of aero-engines,research and development of high-temperature resistant materials such as high-temperature alloys and titanium are urgently needed.Alloy materials,ceramic matrix composite materials(CMC),etc.This article details the performance of common high-temperature resistant materials and their application status in aero-engines,and prospects the application and development prospects of high-temperature resistant materials in aero-engines in the future.
