摘要
国家开放大学对新时期的开放教育提出并实施了诸多改革举措,但实践环节影响因素多,改革困难较大。土木工程实践环节亦是如此,尤其是生产实习和毕业实习,由于建设项目的单一性特点,且土木工程包含多个不同岗位,实践教学采用的"双导师制"在实施过程中困境重重,经过对实施困境的分析,从多方面积极探索和完善"双导师制",完善实践教学管理、激发实践师生积极性。
The National Open University has put forward and implemented many reform measures for the open education in the new era, but it is difficult to reform the practice part because of many factors, including the civil engineering practice, especially the production practice and graduation practice. Due to oneness feature of the construction project and the fact that the civil engineering includes many different posts, the "double tutorial system" is adopted in the practice teaching of our university. However,there are many difficulties in the implementation of the tutorial system. Through the analysis of the difficulties in the implementation, we actively explore and improve the "dual tutorial system" from various aspects, improve the practical teaching management,and stimulate the enthusiasm of both teachers and students.
