柳沟煤矿低透煤层工作面瓦斯抽采技术方案研究

摘要 随着柳沟煤矿产能的增加,原有的瓦斯治理方案难以保证煤矿的安全有序运营。本文以柳沟煤矿3号煤层工作面为研究对象,分析了该矿低透煤层工作面瓦斯抽采技术方案。研究表明,3号煤层工作面瓦斯抽采量明显增加,由原来的6.6 m3/min增加到14.48 m3/min,增幅达119%;瓦斯抽采率也明显增加,从18%增大到40.5%。因此,新的抽采方案能够解决瓦斯超限问题,保证柳沟煤矿工作面安全生产。 As the production capacity of Liugou Mine increases,the originally gas management scheme was difficult to ensure the safe and orderly operation of the mine.In this paper,the gas extraction technology plan was analyzed for the working face of low permeability coal seam in Liugou Mine,the working face of No.3 coal seam was taken as the research object.The study showed that the gas extraction volume of No.3 coal seam working face increased significantly,from 6.6 m3/min to 14.48 m3/min,an increase of 119%;the gas extraction rate also increased significantly,from 18%to 40.5%.Therefore,the new extraction scheme can solve the problem of gas overrun and ensure the safe production at the working face of the mine.
