摘要
目的了解安丘市媒介伊蚊的密度及分布情况,为防治提供科学依据。方法布雷图指数法调查用于农村居民区,城镇不同生境采用诱蚊诱卵器法。结果在农村居民区共调查600户积水容器,阳性容器85个,布雷图指数14.17;在城镇居民区共布放600个诱蚊诱卵器,收回有效诱蚊诱卵器542个,阳性诱蚊诱卵器为20个,诱蚊诱卵器指数为3.69。结论无论城市还是农村,7—9月媒介伊蚊密度均增高,应采取有效防治措施降低媒介伊蚊密度。
Objective To learn the density and distribution of the dengue vector Aedes in Anqiu, and to provied reference for control work.Methods Breteau index(BI) was used in rural residential area area and ovitrap index was used in urban area.Results There were 600 households surveyed in rural areas, 85 containers were found positive, yielding 14.17 of BI.A total of 600 ovitraps were placed in urban areas, 542 of which were successfully retrieved.20 ovitraps from the retrieved ovitraps were found positive, showing 3.69 of ovitrap index.Conclusion The density of Aedes vectors peaked from July to September in both urban and rural areas, and effective control measures should be taken to reduce the density.
