摘要
目的:研究接受激光角膜屈光手术者围手术期心理特点及处理。方法:运用质性研究方法,以半结构式深度访谈法收集21名接受激光角膜屈光手术者围手术期的真实体验,对资料进行整理、归纳和分析。结果:接受激光角膜屈光手术近视者心理特点包括术前担心手术失败导致失明及出现并发症、后遗症的顾虑,手术中的紧张与应对,术后的喜悦与满足等。针对各个心理特点进行相应处理。结论:关注接受激光角膜屈光手术者围手术期心理需求并对其提供专业的心理指导很有必要,以减轻其心理负担。
Objective To study the perioperative psychological characteristics and management of myopes who received laser corneal refractive surgery.Methods This was a qualitative research.The data of 21 patients who received laser corneal refractive surgery with semi-structural in-depth interview were collected and the perioperative experience of all cases were sorted out and analyzed.Results The perioperative psychological characteristics of myopes who received laser corneal refractive surgery included pre-operative trepidations and expectations,worries about possible blindness,complications,sequelae,and misgivings;intra-operative nervousness,and the post-operative joys and satisfaction.The psychological characteristics of patients during perioperative period were treated accordingly.Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to the psychological needs of the patients undergoing laser corneal refractive surgery and provide them with professional psychological guidance in order to reduce their psychological burden.
