摘要
阐述电力监控系统中安全管理存在的问题,提出电力监控的工业控制系统的建设思路,发电厂DCS、辅控、NCS等电力监控系统的技术特点。
This paper expounds the problems existing in safety management in power monitoring system,puts forward the construction idea of industrial control system for power monitoring,and the technical characteristics of power monitoring systems such as DCS,auxiliary control and NCS in power plant.
