摘要
建立了QuEChERS结合高效液相色谱串联质谱测定枇杷中氯苯嘧啶醇残留量方法,样品经乙腈提取,N丙基乙二胺(PSA)净化,高效液相色谱串联质谱测定。结果表明:氯苯嘧啶醇在0.5~200μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r^(2)=0.9994),检出限为0.14μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.5μg·kg^(-1);氯苯嘧啶醇在2、20、200μg·kg^(-1)添加水平下,平均回收率分别为87.0%、97.4%和96.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为8.3%、7.9%和4.3%。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,能够满足残留检测要求。
A method based on QuEChERS combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was established for the determination of fenarimol residues in loquat.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by N-primary secondary amine(PSA),and determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The results showed that:the linearity of fenarimol was good in the concentration range of 0.5~200μg·L^(-1)(r^(2)=0.9994),the limit of detection was 0.14μg·kg^(-1),and the limit of quantitation was 0.5μg·kg^(-1).The average recovery rates of fenarimol were respectively 87.0%,97.4%and 96.7%at the adding level of 2,20 and 200μg·kg^(-1),with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 8.3%,7.9%and 4.3%,respectively.The method was simple,rapid and sensitive,which could meet the requirements of residue detection.
