摘要
本文通过典型失效案例介绍,归纳总结了电磁继电器各种导通失效的失效模式,包括接触电阻增大,接触电阻增大且不稳定,闭合触点瞬时断开或(长时间)断开,以及断开触点异常导通等;进而对各种失效模式的失效机理进行了详细阐述。
By the introduction of typical FA cases,the failure modes of electromagnetic relay conduction are summarized,including increase of contact resistance,increase and instability of contact resistance,momentary or permanent interruption of close contact,and abnormal conduction of open contact etc.;and the failure mechanism of electromagnetic relay conduction is also elaborated.
