摘要
目的探讨对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实行术前心理护理的临床效果。方法选用2019年1~12月本院收治的94例拟行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗的患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规宣教予以术前干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予术前心理护理干预。对比分析两组护理效果。结果试验组患者各项手速指标均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。试验组患者术后满意程度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。试验组患者并发症发生情况明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实行术前心理护理,能有效提升手术效果,促使患者提升对于手术以及护理的满意程度,减少手术后并发症发生情况。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of preoperative psychological nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Ninety-four cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with surgery.Before operation,the control group was given preoperative intervention with routine propaganda and education,and the experimental group was given preoperative psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The indexes of hand speed in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of preoperative psychological nursing for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve the effect of surgery,promote the satisfaction of patients with surgery and nursing,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
