摘要
目的:探讨加味半夏白术天麻汤应用于高血压病(痰浊中阻型)治疗的效果分析。方法:将120例患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组60例患者,予以西医降血压治疗;研究组60例患者,加用加味半夏白术天麻汤,比较组间差异。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的中医症候积分为(12.71±3.25)分,低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗的总有效率为95%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率为5%,与对照组的20%相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味半夏白术天麻汤可有效提升患者疗效,且用药安全性更高,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:120 patients were divided into study group and control group.60 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine and 60 cases in the study group were treated with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction.The differences between groups were compared.Wevuto:After treatment,the score of the study group was(12.71±3.25),lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95%,which was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5%,compared with 20%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:'Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can effectively improve the efficacy of patients,and the drug safety is higher,which is worth popularizing.
