摘要
结合乡村振兴战略,针对皖北地区农产品物流现状,从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面,进行优劣势及外部机遇和威胁的分析,通过SWOT-PEST矩阵模型,准确找出关键问题,提出皖北地区农产品物流发展过程中,对优势机遇可采取积极扩张战略,劣势机遇可采取多元化发展策略,充分利用机遇,实现皖北地区乡村振兴。
In combination with the rural vitalization strategy,this paper,from the political,economic,social and technical aspects,analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses,as well asthe external opportunities and threats,in the development of agricultural product logistics in northern Anhui Province.With construction of the SWOT-PEST matrix model of agricultural product logistics development in northern Anhui Province,it puts forward that northern Anhui Province can take positive expansion strategy for its strengths,and diversified development strategy for its weaknesses to promote the development of agricultural products logistics,improve the overall competitiveness of agricultural products logistics industry,and realize the vitalization of rural areas.
