扣件式钢管高大模板支撑体系的施工安全研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着我国现代化、城镇化的高速发展,许多大跨度、高难度的工程不断涌现,高大模板支撑体系被广泛应用在这类工程施工中,以保障工程的顺利开展。施工过程中,扣件式钢管高大模板支撑体系作为危险性较大的分项工程,其施工安全已成为项目施工管理的核心内容之一。论文以云南省某仓库工程为例,对扣件式钢管大模板支撑体系的施工与安全管理进行了分析,重点剖析了梁、板模板设计原则及相应的施工工艺,并进一步探讨了其现场施工管理方案。其研究成果可为类似工程提供一定参考。 With the rapid modernization and urbanization of construction in China, there are increasing large-span and high technically difficult projects, where the high formwork supporting systems are extensively employed to ensure the smooth operation of the construction.Fastener-type steel tubular supporting system for high formwork is one of the construction parts with high risk, whose construction safety has been recognized as the core content in construction project management. Taking the major building structure of a warehouse project in Yunnan province as a practical case, this paper explores the construction scheme and safety management of fastener-type steel tubular supporting system for high formwork. The analysis focuses on the design principles and the construction technology of beam and panel templates, and the further exploration of the management scheme of the site construction. This study provides practical guidance for the development of fastener-type steel tubular supporting system for tall formwork.
