摘要
随着新一代信息技术的发展,建筑业将逐渐进入大数据时代,而实现工程项目数据资产的核心是数字化交付。总结分析了工程竣工交付业务存在的关键点以及工程竣工数字化交付业务范围及交付对象,提出了基于BIM的数字化交付管理体系,解决工程建设过程中业务数据的汇集问题,实现竣工备案、城建档案、运维交付等数字化集成交付,形成工程数据资产。
With the development of the new generation of information technology,the construction industry will gradually enter the era of big data,and the core of realizing project data assets is digital delivery.The key points of the project completion and delivery business and the business scope and delivery objects of the project completion digital delivery are summarized and analyzed,the digital delivery management system based on BIM is puts forward,the problems of business data collection in the process of project construction are solved,and the digital integrated delivery is realized,including completion filing,urban construction archives,operation and maintenance delivery,which forms the project data assets.
