摘要
明代华州地区出现了一个显赫一时的科举世家东氏,它被后人誉为“玉林凤群,科第世家”。华州东氏的兴盛自东升而始,东升以忠义传家,其子东思忠、东思诚、东思恭兄弟三人先后高中进士,各自在不同的岗位上书写着忠直的品行。以东汉为代表的东氏第三代,出现了两位进士、三位举人,他们延续着东氏正直的家风,恪守职责本分,尽心尽力于国事,赢得了时人的敬重和尊崇。而除科举之外,东氏家族子弟在文学、德行方面亦有着不菲的成就,他们共同演示着优良家风的规训效果和地方家族的兴盛轨迹。
The Dongs in Huazhou is the prestige family for the imperial examinations in Ming Dynasty,which called“Family of imperial examinations”.The thrive of The Dongs in Huazhou was started from Dong Sheng.Dong Sheng was the model of loyalty as heirloom,and later his sons,Dong Sizhong,Dong Sicheng,Dong Sigong became scholars one after another,who fulfilled the loyal morality.In the third generation,Dong Han who was the representative of The Dongs in Huazhou,also was the scholar with his two brothers and other three brothers as the provincial graduates.They continued to follow the Dongs’loyal family tradition,abiding their responsibility,trying their best to national affairs,and won the respect and esteem.Besides the imperial examinations,the Dongs achieved a lot in literature and morality,and they together demonstrated the effect of excellent family tradition and prosperous track of the local family.
