摘要
目的对中药保留灌肠结合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果及对复发率的效果进行探究。方法按照抽样方法对该院2017年2月—2020年2月期间收治的68例慢性盆腔炎患者开展研究,按照电脑随机法进行分组:对照组、研究组均34例,其中对照组采取常规西药治疗,研究组则联合采取中药保留灌肠、西药治疗,比较两组治疗效果,包括总有效率、中医症候积分、病情改善情况、复发率等指标。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(70.59%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.476,P=0.011);研究组中医症候积分低于对照组,同时白带异常、下腹坠胀、腰骶部疼痛恢复至正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.341、6.158、4.946、4.630,P<0.05);研究组复发率(2.94%)低于对照组(23.53%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.610,P=0.032)。结论西药治疗结合中药保留灌肠方案在慢性盆腔炎治疗中的疗效值得肯定,取得令人满意的近远期效果,可作为治疗慢性盆腔炎的理想方法。
Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine retention enema combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the effect on the recurrence rate.Methods Accordin g to the samplin g method,68 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were studied,and they were grouped accordin g to the computer randomization method:the control group and the study group had 34 cases,and the control group took conventional western medicine for treatment,the research group combined traditional Chinese medicine retention enema and western medicine treatment to compare the treatment effects of the two groups,including indicators such as total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,improvement,and recurrence rate.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(94.12%)was hi-gher than that of the control group(70.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.476,P=0.011);the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than the control group,abnormal leucorrhea,lower abdominal distension,and lumbosacral pain returned to normal in shorter time than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.341、6.158、4.946、4.630,P<0.05);study group of the recurrence rate(2.94%)was lower than the control group(23.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.610,P=0.032).Conclusion The curative effect of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is worthy of affirmation,and satisfactory short-term and long-term results can be obtained.It is nalld be an ideal method for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
