摘要
目的探讨蒲元和胃胶囊治疗消化性溃疡合并消化道出血的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月—2020年1月期间该院收治的82例消化性溃疡合并消化道出血患者,随机分为对照组(40例)和蒲元组(42例)。对照组采用胃镜下肾上腺素喷洒及注射配合三联药物治疗,蒲元组在对照组基础上增加蒲元和胃胶囊治疗,对比两组溃疡及出血治疗效果。结果蒲元组止血成功率(97.62%)显著高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.980,P=0.014)。蒲元组消化性溃疡治疗总有效率(97.62%)显著高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.980,P=0.014)。蒲元组随访6个月消化道出血复发率(2.38%)显著低于对照组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.980,P=0.014)。蒲元组入院后止血时间(28.03±5.02)h显著低于对照组(39.45±6.12)h,差异有统计学意义(t=13.025,P=0.015)。结论蒲元和胃胶囊治疗消化性溃疡合并消化道出血临床疗效可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Puyuanhewei Capsule in the treatment of peptic ulcer combined with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 82 patients with peptic ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and Puyuan group(42 cases).The control group was treated with epinephrine spraying and injection under gastroscopy combined with triple drug treatment.Puyuan group added Puyuan and stomach capsule treatment on the basis of the control group to compare the treatment effects of ulcer and bleeding between the two groups.Results The success rate of hemostasis in Puyuan group(97.62%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.980,P=0.014).The total effective rate of peptic ulcer treatment in Puyuan group(97.62%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.980,P=0.014).The recurrence rate of gastrointestinal bleeding(2.38%)in Puyuan group was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.980,P=0.014).The hemostasis time(28.03±5.02)h after admission in Puyuan group was significantly lower than that of the control group(39.45±6.12)h,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.025,P=0.015).Conclusion Puyuanhewei Capsule has a reliable clinical effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer combined with gastrointestinal bleeding.
