摘要
目前,我国生态环境监测部门监测水体中油类,主要采用紫外分光光度法和红外分光光度法。本文针对这两种分析方法及其涉及到的相关国家标准和行业标准,从适用范围、方法原理、仪器设备、分析步骤和质量控制等方面进行比对分析。得出分析人员应根据不同水体类型选择监测方法;但是对于同为紫外分光光度法的国家标准和行业标准,在适用范围和分析步骤等方面存在较大差异,环境水体中油类的监测还缺乏监测方法更统一,适用范围更广泛的标准监测方法;三个标准所用萃取剂虽然不同,但对萃取剂的品质都有严格的要求,萃取剂的纯度直接影响测定的准确度。
At present,China's ecological environment monitoring departments mainly use ultraviolet spectrophotometry and infrared spectrophotometry to monitor oil in water.This paper compares and analyzes the two analytical methods and the relevant national and industrial standards from the aspects of application scope,method principle,instrument and equipment,analysis steps and quality control.It is concluded that analysts should choose monitoring methods according to different water types;However,there are great differences in the scope of application and analysis steps between the national standards and industry standards of UV spectrophotometry.There is still a lack of standard monitoring methods for oil in environmental water with more unified monitoring methods and wider scope of application.Although the extractants used in the three standards are different,there are strict requirements on the quality of the extractant.The purity of the extractant directly affects the accuracy of the determination.
